The funeral of an old woman in a small Chewa village in Zambia  not far from the border with Congo. The whole village gathered together for a final farewell to the old lady aged 105. This old age is as an exception in a country where the life expectancy is much lower, around 40 years old.

 Children, grandchildren, 80 years of generations gathered to mourn the old lady in a day of great sadness where time seems to stand still.

 A Catholic ceremony with animist tribal influences, where you can feel all the affection of the village to their oldest woman.
